Key responsibilities of the role will include :
  • Supervisionofnon-classroom-based support staff.
  • Leading on all school operational matters under the direction of the Headteacher.
  • Oversee administration systemsand“front ofhouse” services.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding,and HRprocesses in liaison withthe Trust HR Team.
  • Maintaining pupiland staff records, monitor attendance,and complete statutoryreturns.
  • Managing parentalcommunication systems,website, and social media.
  • Administering financial processes, includingorders, invoices, and trip arrangements.
  • Liaising with Trust teams(Finance, Estates, IT) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organising school eventsand ensuring compliance with safetyand health standards.
  • Act as a trainedfirst aider and support pupilsupervisionwhenrequired.
