Designer Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic luxury kitchen company in London who are looking for an Operations Director to oversee the design, supply chain, installations, aftercare and logistics departments.

This really is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company who are looking to continue to grow their market share in both Contract and Retail kitchens.

This is a permanent position offering circa £70,000 for the right Operations Director.

Operations Director duties :
  • Overseeing the design team for both contract and retail kitchens
  • Providing technical advice on kitchen design and any remedials
  • Being proactive with aftercare ensuring every customer is satisfied with the service provided
  • Ensuring the supply chain is sufficiently run and efficient
  • Helping to liaise with suppliers to ensure products orders are delivered ontime
  • Assisting the other Directors of the business to streamline business processes
  • Motivating the technical team, sales team and other departments to ensure maximum productivity is achieved
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Architects, Developers, Interior Designers and end users
  • Checking in with installations teams to maintain optimum efficiency with project lead times
  • Attending company events and showcases and acting as the ambassador for the company brand
  • Conducting KPI meetings with members of staff
  • General administrative duties which will include logging information on their database

This is the perfect role for someone who has worked and covered multiple roles within a kitchen company. Contract kitchen company experience is a massive plus as our client deals with both contract kitchens and retail kitchens.
