Job Description

The role governs planning and procurement deliverables (shortage management, supplier enablement, ERP/MRP integrity, ECR/ECO impacts), controls risk and assures readiness through industrial gates - to protect customer commitments and financial forecasts. Acts as the primary supply-chain voice at programme reviews and senior forums, presenting performance, risks, and recovery with clear decision asks.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5-8 years' experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or programme management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Proven ability to manage shortages, supplier risks,
  • and procurement deliverables in a programme context.
  • Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong analytical and financial awareness (budget, alignment, costs monitoring).
  • Proven use of ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel/BI capability.
  • Experience with Lean/CI, One Safran, or Industry 4ავი practices.
  • Strong leadership presence; able to influence cross functional teams without direct authority.
  • Highly organised, able to balance tactical execution with strategic oversight.
  • Analytical data-driven, and financially literate.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable in managing complex, fast paced programmes.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, building trust across functions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on long-term capability.
