Mayflower Woolwich is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Woolwich depot. You will act as the link between Service Drivers and the Depot Manager, ensuring routes are coordinated effectively, KPIs are achieved, and excellent customer service is delivered.

• Experience in operations, logistics, transport, service coordination, or depot administration.
• Knowledge of fleet compliance or route planning.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Office and operational systems.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with KPIs and operational performance measures.
• Ability to stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.
