Job summary

Mayflower Washroom Solutions in Woolwich is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day depot operations. You will act as the link between Service Drivers and the Depot Manager, ensuring routes are coordinated effectively, KPIs are met, and customers receive excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or logistics, strong IT skills with Microsoft Office, and a proactive, detail‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, transport, or depot administration.
• Knowledge of fleet compliance or service route planning.
• High accuracy with attention to detail and IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service routes and ensure stock and equipment availability.
• Process route completion and attendance records accurately.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Resolve customer queries and support service delivery.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to the Depot Manager.
