phs Newark is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support the Operations Centre, briefing and debriefing drivers, coordinating service routes and ensuring KPI-aligned performance. This permanent role runs Monday to Friday with 40 hours per week.

You will act as a liaison between drivers and the Operations & Service Manager, deliver reliable service to customers, and contribute to continuous improvement with real-time data processing and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service routes and briefing drivers.
• Strong communication with drivers, clients and head office.
• Ability to meet KPIs and handle data accurately.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service routes and brief/debrief drivers to improve delivery and customer service.
• Answer calls from drivers, clients and head office about site service.
• Act as a link between drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
• Distribute work to available staff and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Prepare data for briefing/debrief sessions for drivers.
• Ensure routes/attendance are processed in real time and suggest improvements.
• Monitor service progress and resolve issues to improve customer service.
