Are you passionate about supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care and looking for an opportunity to manage a dynamic administrative team? King’s Mill Hospital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Operations Assistant within the Division of Surgery, Anaesthetics & Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a dedicated team of Patient Pathway Coordinators, Clinical Typists, and Records Assistants
• Act as the primary contact for patients accessing elective hospital services
• Guide patients through their care pathway
• Proactively manage the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of patient care
