Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Chigwell is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily club operations and ensure members have a safe, exceptional experience seven days a week. You will help with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting teams as needed to keep services running smoothly.

The role emphasizes customer service passion, teamwork, adaptability, and a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with daily tasks such as cleaning.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
