David Lloyd Clubs, Europe's leading premium health and wellness group, is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Assistant to support daily club operations and ensure members feel safe and receive an excellent experience seven days a week.

You will assist across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members, and backing teams as needed. Join a culture that values belonging, development, and a thriving, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Customer service passion and strong communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning, opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members and support teams as needed.
• Provide general club operations support to ensure a safe, welcoming experience.
