Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Assistant to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience daily, 7 days a week. You will support across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening/closing, greeting members and backing up teams as needed.

We value a customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. An Emergency Response qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.
