Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Greater London is seeking an Operations Assistant to help ensure our members feel safe and enjoy an outstanding experience every day. You will support multiple club departments with tasks ranging from cleaning to opening and closing duties, greeting members and assisting teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Has an over all passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Assist multiple club departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening/closing duties, greeting members and supporting teams wherever needed.
