Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Chigwell is seeking an Operations Assistant to support members, ensuring they feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week. The role involves cross-club collaboration to maintain high service standards.

You will assist with welcome duties, cleaning, opening and closing tasks, and help teams as needed across the club. An emphasis on customer service and teamwork will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience daily.
• Assist across departments with cleaning, opening/closing tasks.
• Greet members and help them have a positive club experience.
