Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd is seeking an Operations Assistant to support club operations and member experience across our premium health and wellness facilities.

You will help with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting teams to ensure a safe, welcoming environment every day.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members.
• Greet our members and help ensure an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.
• Support teams wherever needed to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
