Job summary

David-Lloyd-Clubs in Belfast is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily club operations, ensure member safety and deliver an excellent experience seven days a week.

You will assist across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members, and helping teams as needed. The role suits a customer-focused team player who communicates well in a fast-paced environment and values belonging and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning across the club.
• Support opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members and ensure they have an excellent experience.
• Support teams wherever needed to maintain smooth operations.
