Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Chigwell is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily club operations and ensure every member enjoys a safe, excellent experience seven days a week.

You will assist across departments with tasks including cleaning, opening/closing, greeting members and supporting teams as needed; a calm, friendly, and proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Has an overarching passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and opening/closing tasks.
• Greet and assist members to ensure a welcoming club experience.
