David Lloyd Clubs in Bishop's Cleeve is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our members and keep daily operations running smoothly seven days a week.

You will help with opening/closing tasks, cleaning, greeting members, and assisting teams across the club to deliver an outstanding, welcoming experience.

If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced team, this role could be for you.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support cleaning, opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members and assist them as needed.
• Support departments across the club with various tasks.
• Assist teams to deliver a safe and excellent member experience.
