Operations Strategy Analyst

Are you passionate about data analytics and eager to kickstart your career in financial services? We’re looking for a motivated Operations Strategy Analyst to join our growing Operations Analytics team

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple functions, working closely with managers and stakeholders to improve customer journeys and optimise operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

As part of a small but impactful team, you’ll :

• Collect, clean and analyse operational data from across the business.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.
• Spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve processes.
• Work with Operations managers to deliver data-backed recommendations.
• Support automation and efficiency initiatives throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Help develop tools using SQL, Python, and BI platforms (e.g. Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau).
