Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Operations Administrator based in South Leicestershire. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly departmental reports.
  • Manage inventory, including stock checks and ordering.
  • Oversee various service contracts.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and charity events.
  • Assist with Health & Safety administration.
  • Support HR with employee records, hours, absences, etc.
  • Organise long service awards and personal locker checks.
