Experienced Ops Leaders Supporting the Next Generation

We9re launching our Operations Academy to support operations professionals working in businesses between £2m and £50m turnover. These businesses are growing, complex, and often experiencing the challenges that come with scaling fast.

We9re looking for seasoned operations leaders who now want to mentor and guide others - helping Operations Managers and Directors build the confidence, clarity, and capability they need to lead well.

You9ll be involved in:

  • Coaching and supporting Ops Managers and Directors (1:1 and in small groups)
  • Facilitating Academy sessions and guiding discussion
  • Helping participants implement practical tools and frameworks (training provided)
  • Sharing your own insights, experience, and lessons learned from real operational leadership

You9ll need to bring:

  • Substantial operational leadership experience (e.g. Head of Ops, Ops Director, COO)
  • A strong track record in scaling or systemising businesses between £2m and £50m turnover
  • A natural ability to support and develop others - you9ve led teams and helped others grow
  • The presence and credibility to support senior-level Ops professionals
  • A grounded, practical approach - not afraid to challenge, but always supportive
  • Comfortable facilitating sessions virtually and contributing as part of a team
