We are recruiting a Operational Resilience Lead to work within the Security and Resilience Function. As the Operational Resilience Lead, you will report into the Business Continuity Manager – Air Sector, and have responsibilities across the Air sector for delivering all aspects of Operational Resilience. The key focus is to ensure that BAE Air maintains a robust Resilience programme to enable it to withstand and mitigate the impact of unexpected events, which have the potential to disrupt major Programmes.
You will have unique exposure to all areas of the Air business enabling you to gain vital experience and potential career progression.
Must be able to travel up to 10 weeks per year.
