  • Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Develop analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages with quality assurance.
  • Combine data from multiple sources to generate insights and inform improvements.
  • Lead analytical and performance improvement projects, delivering outcomes at pace.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
  • Present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement.
