Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer in the Working Age Services Directorate. You will turn data into insight, support evidence-based decisions, and drive improvements across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.

You will produce management information and visualisations, develop analytical products with SQL, and lead performance projects with senior stakeholders. Join a high-impact team delivering essential services to millions.

Qualifications

  • Produce insightful management information and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages.
  • Combine data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and inform improvements.
  • Lead analytical and performance improvement projects with pace and prioritisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
  • Present complex data and findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement.
