Job summary

AO Retail Limited seeks a Workplace Coordinator based onsite at our Bolton office, five days a week. You will run front-of-house services, coordinate suppliers and events, and support the Senior Facilities Manager to ensure a welcoming, safe and efficient workplace.

You’ll drive improvements, manage daily reception cover, and help deliver a best-in-class employee experience. We value proactive problem-solvers with strong organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple sites as

Qualifications

• Reception, facilities, hospitality or workplace services with great organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors or service providers with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of reception and front-of-house services; identify opportunities to improve processes and standards.
• Maintain reception cover and flex between front-of-house and broader team responsibilities.
• Support management of catering, spa, cleaning, workplace wellbeing and site services.
• Build relationships with suppliers and monitor service standards.
• Coordinate visitor management, hospitality and workplace events.
• Assist with audits, compliance activities and service reviews.
• Monitor service performance and raise issues as needed.
• Review workplace environment and implement improvements to layout and utilization.
