• This is a full-time onsite Technical Support Engineer position based in Central Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to a prestigious client.
• Perform on-site diagnostics and resolution activities as guided by the offsite team.
• Log and escalate incidents with 3rd party vendors; perform daily checks and monitoring of on-site equipment.
• Assist with installation and support of network equipment at customer premises to ensure service within agreed time scales and standards.
