Job summary

Telefónica Tech are looking for an On-Site Support Engineer to join our On-Site Tech Services team in the UK. You will provide hands-on technical support for Audio Visual systems, Wi‑Fi infrastructure and network connectivity at client sites, ensuring incidents are managed within SLAs and delivering a first-class customer experience.

You will act as a key contact, logging tickets, coordinating with third-party vendors and supporting network equipment installation and documentation across meeting

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Audio Visual systems and Wi-Fi networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Support Audio Visual equipment across meeting rooms and boardrooms.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Support desk, wall, floor and WAP ceiling network ports.
• Carry out equipment room patching for access switches.
• Assist with printers, room booking tablets and digital signage.
• Perform daily checks and monitoring of on-site equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, coordinating with off-site teams as needed.
• Escalate incidents and assist with on-site diagnostics.
