Job summary

Jdr Recruitment is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator for an on-site role in England’s Lancashire region. You will manage order taking from clients, advise on stock, and coordinate with production for timely delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in a customer-facing office position, and you will use SAP and Excel daily to keep customers informed. You will handle inquiries, provide quotations, and liaise with Production, Warehouse and Logistics to meet client expectations while

Qualifications

• Must have full Right to Work in the UK.
• Minimum 3 years Office Experience in a Customer Role.
• On-site role, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product advice and quotations to clients.
• Calculate exact production requirements for the team.
• Update SAP with orders and stock details.
• Liaise with Production, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to queries and resolve complaints.
• Communicate with staff and management regarding orders and status.
• Ensure company procedures are followed to deliver excellent service.
