Job summary

JDR Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator on-site in the UK. You will manage sales orders, advise on products, and work with production, logistics and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery. The role demands accurate data handling, stock updates, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

You will use SAP and Excel daily, calculate production requirements, and provide quotations while delivering excellent customer service in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of office experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have full Right to Work in the UK.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel usage for order processing and reporting.
• Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders from clients.
• Providing advice on products and stock availability.
• Calculating exact production requirements from customer specifications.
• Providing quotations to new and existing clients.
• Updating clients with stock and dispatch information.
• Liaising with Production, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Using SAP and Excel for order processing and data entry.
• Handling queries and resolving complaints.
• Communicating with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring procedures are followed and service is delivered efficiently.
