Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is recruiting a Shipping Coordinator for a leading global manufacturing company in Widnes. The role ensures smooth movement of finished goods from production to customer delivery, coordinating with production, warehousing, customer service and freight partners to deliver shipments on time.

Requirements include a minimum of three years in shipping/logistics administration, proven SAP experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Shipping Co-ordinator, Shipping Administrator or Logistics Administration.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments with the warehouse team.
• Arrange domestic and international shipments via road, sea and air freight forwarders.
• Prepare shipping documentation including quality certificates.
• Support production plans to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and plan inbound shipments.
• Coordinate stock transfers between sites and external warehouses.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation.
• Support logistics team as required.
