Job summary

Advocate Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support day-to-day processing of customer orders, collaborating with customers, internal teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time and in full.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, Excel proficient, and comfortable working under pressure, with experience in order processing, invoicing, and using SAP or similar ERP

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in processing orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general MS Office suite.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and internal sample orders accurately using SAP.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop relationships with customers and ensure requirements are met.
• Resolve delivery and supply chain queries with customers.
• Support forecasting activities with the Supply Chain team.
• Manage invoicing and pricing for customer orders.
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination and PO creation.
• Assist with product samples management via the direct-to-consumer platform.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with projects and ad hoc activities.
