Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Management System environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 9000 quality principles.
• Internal audit or Quality Assurance experience.
• Document control experience and governance/checking.
• Root Cause Analysis or continuous improvement experience.
• Reporting and data analysis experience.
• Experience in a regulated operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures, checklists and control requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining the operation’s Quality Management System and records.
• Managing controlled documents, procedures and governance logs.
• Supporting internal audits using established processes.
• Recording audit outcomes and tracking corrective actions.
• Gathering evidence, identifying gaps and escalating as needed.
• Producing management information and governance materials.
• Preparing for internal and external audits and reviews.
• Building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
