Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions is hiring an Onsite Planning Executive in Coventry to support one of our key Royal Mail clients. You will oversee on-site Angard staffing, handle queries from workers and clients, and work closely with central delivery and deployment teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires on-site warehousing/logistics experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working onsite in warehousing/logistics/distribution.
• Transferable experience from similar roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Angard staff on-site.
• Handle queries from workers and clients.
• Coordinate with centralised delivery and deployment teams.
• Identify and resolve gaps in deployment; maintain relationships onsite.
• Work as part of a close-knit onsite team to ensure high service standards.
