Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Midlands Super Hub as an Onsite Planning Executive to join our Service Delivery team and support Royal Mail sites nationwide. The role is night shift 21:30–06:30, five days a week, on a fixed-term contract to December 2026.

You’ll manage Angard staff on-site, handle queries from workers and clients, and work with deployment teams to ensure high service levels. We’re looking for candidates with onsite warehousing/logistics experience, strong communication, and

• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing Angard staff on-site.
• Handling queries from workers and clients.
• Working closely with our centralised delivery and deployment teams.
• Identifying and helping to resolve gaps in deployment.
• Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders onsite.
• Working as part of a close-knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service.
