Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Warrington for an Onsite Team Manager to join our Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients. This role drives a high-quality 24-hour operation, leading a team and supporting workforce planning to meet KPIs and compliance.

Shift pattern: Full time, Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm. You will coach the Onsite Coordinator, monitor staffing levels, and build strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience ideally from MSP/RPO/Staff bank.
• Proven people management and training capabilities.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and support the Onsite Coordinator.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and allocate workloads.
• Monitor staffing levels and operational performance against KPIs/SLAs.
• Be first escalation point for workers, Coordinators and clients.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Foster strong client relationships and focus on compliance.

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Warrington! We're looking to recruit an Onsite Team Manager to join our Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients.

Reed supply flexible and temporary workforce solutions through Angard Staffing to Royal Mail sites all across the country, managing year round recruitment as well as seasonal peaks.

What’s an Onsite Team Manager? As an Onsite Team Manager, you will support in delivering a high-quality 24-hour operation, leading and ensuring exceptional service for our client, workers and stakeholders. This is a fast-paced, structured and operational leadership role where you will be responsible for leading a team, supporting workforce planning, resolving operational issues and ensuring all KPIs, SLAs and compliance requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and supporting an Onsite Coordinator
• Providing day-to-day supervision
• Allocating workloads and supporting workforce deployment
• Acting as the first escalation point for workers, Coordinators and clients
• Monitoring staffing levels and operational performance
• Supporting workforce planning to achieve fulfilment targets
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring KPIs, SLAs and compliance standards are achieved
• Supporting investigations relating to attendance, conduct and performance
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training activities
• Coaching and developing On-Site Coordinator
• Promoting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement

• Recruitment experience ideally gained from either an MSP/RPO/Staff bank
• People management, training and development
• Effective management and prioritisation of workload
• Delivery of exceptional service that meets customer SLAs and deadlines
• Relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Achievement of customer and worker satisfaction targets
• Accountability for team outputs and delivering to performance objectives
