Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are looking for an experienced Onsite Logistics Account Manager to join the Transport Division at our client’s site in Rugby. You will be solely responsible for liaising with the client to fulfil all bookings, recruit, vet, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process on-site.

This permanent, on-site role offers Monday to Friday hours with some weekends and flexible scheduling to suit the business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment within logistics or transport sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and perform out-of-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with the client's management team to understand staffing needs.
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Coordinate and fill bookings to meet client demands in a timely manner.
• Conduct candidate assessments and background checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise recruitment strategies and service delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate client meetings and candidate availability.
