Quest Employment Ltd. is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Coventry. This role emphasizes people management, strong communication, and proactive coordination of temporary staff to ensure smooth shift coverage.

You will greet workers, manage inductions, monitor attendance, and deliver daily KPIs to the branch and client. The position offers a daytime shift pattern from 6am to 6pm with a 4 on 4 off cycle, and a temp-to-perm pathway.

Qualifications

• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Computer literacy – confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Flexibility to adapt to operational needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse management teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Check-in Coordination: Greet and check in temporary workers at shift start; ensure full staffing and timely replacements if needed
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the inductions and deployment of temporary warehouse staff.
• Performance & Compliance: Monitor attendance, productivity, and conduct of workers; support performance reviews.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records, provide daily and weekly KPI reports, and deliver operational updates to both the branch and client.
• Problem-Solving: Handle operational challenges with flexibility and a solution-driven mindset.
