Job summary

NG Bailey is recruiting for an Onboarding Coordinator to join the MEH Alliance on the Hinkley Point C construction project. The role is a full-time, permanent onsite position based at Hinkley Point C with a satellite office in Bridgwater.

You will manage onsite onboarding, liaise with MEH Resource and Vetting teams, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Deployment to prepare staff for start. The role requires swift coordination to meet recruitment timelines.

Qualifications

• Recent, relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in onboarding/vetting co-ordination is beneficial.
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite onboarding requirements and ensure department sign-off.
• Communicate with MEH Resource Team for candidate details.
• Work with MEH HR Ops, MEH, Parent Company and Vetting Teams to ensure site compliance.
• Coordinate with MEH Deployment to ready workforce for start date.
• Meet recruitment demand on time and in full.
• Mobilise new candidates to site promptly and report non-compliance.
• Complete vetting using Rullion Access portal and track progress.
• Provide regular progress feedback to the Advisor on blockers.
