Job summary

NG Bailey MEH Alliance is seeking a Resourcing Coordinator for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater. This 12-month FTC role is onsite at Hinkley Point C with a satellite office in Bridgwater, coordinating resourcing needs for both white- and blue-collar workers.

You will support onboarding, deployment, and collaborate with MEH Onboarding and Deployment teams to ensure timely recruitment and a smooth start for new starters on the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced recruitment or onboarding environments.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong IT skills, notably MS Excel, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site recruitment requirements to meet timescales.
• Provide regular feedback to the Strategic Resource Team on progress and blockers.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Deployment teams to ensure incoming workforce is selected.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to meet onsite requirements.
• Liaise with Hiring Managers to assist with new starter processes.
• Achieve on-time, on-schedule recruitment demand.
• Support the resource process from role identification to deployment on the project.
