Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking an experienced Resourcing Coordinator for the Hinkley Point C project in Bridgwater. The role is onsite on a 12-month fixed-term contract, coordinating operational resourcing for white and blue collar workforce across the MEH Alliance.

The successful candidate will manage onsite recruitment, support onboarding, and work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure timely mobilization of resources on site.

Qualifications

• Recent, relevant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within recruitment or onboarding.
• This role may suit applicants with temp recruitment experience focusing on vacancy management and compliance.
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Excel, and excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite recruitment requirements to meet timescales.
• Assist with providing feedback to the Strategic Resource Team on progress and blockers.
• Coordinate with MEH Onboarding and Deployment teams for appropriate resource selection.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to meet onsite requirements.
• Liaise with Hiring Managers to support new starter processes.
• Achieve on-time recruitment demand.
• Work with MEH Onboarding and Deployment Teams to ensure a smooth resourcing process from role identification to resource commencement on site.
