You will perform on-site diagnostics and triage, cover desk, wall and floor ports, WAPs, printers, AV equipment, and room booking tablets, escalating issues to third parties when needed, and logging service requests with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

• On-site desk-side support focus.
• Basic familiarity with network equipment deployment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, assessing needs.
• Provide on-site support for desk, wall and floor ports, WAPs, printers and AV equipment.
• Carry out on-site checks, monitor equipment, and log tickets with vendors.
• Assist with installation and support of network equipment at client sites to required SLAs.
• Be prepared to take on additional duties as business needs evolve.
