Job summary

Stefanini Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced onsite IT Desktop Support technician to deliver high-quality customer service and hands-on support for Windows and MacOS devices. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and efficient IT service delivery.

You will troubleshoot hardware issues, image and stage PCs, manage device inventories, and coordinate with OEMs for on-site repairs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate desk-side IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting of hardware on PCs and Macs.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Experience imaging and staging PCs.
• Inventory and lifecycle management of IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues on PCs/Macs.
• Perform break/fix replacements following KB and work instructions.
• Manage ServiceNow queues and ticket follow-up.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to Level 2/3 engineers.
• Support onsite lifecycle management and OEM coordination.
