Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London is seeking an IT Services support technician for an on-site role dedicated to supporting internal employees.

You will handle PC hardware, software updates, and internal tooling, and coordinate with an internal ticketing system to assist colleagues. The position requires hands-on experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux in a corporate setting, PC repair, deployment, and IT asset inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting in multi-user high availability environment.
• Experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation.
• Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Experience working with Windows server technologies.

Responsibilities

• This role is a technical on-premise position supporting internal employees. This position requires hands-on experience in supporting PC hardware, software and internal tooling for employees. It requires working with internal ticketing tool to communicate with customers. Prepare hardware for new hires joining the company and also manage IT asset inventory.
