Job summary

PZ Cussons is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer in London to keep colleagues productive by delivering responsive hardware and software support, including Microsoft 365 and workplace devices.

You’ll own issues from diagnosis to resolution, support meeting rooms and collaboration tools, and contribute to digital workplace improvements across UK offices. The role blends hands-on support with ongoing service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support across multiple sites or corporate environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident, change, requests).
• Confidence supporting Teams and meeting room technology.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
• Relevant IT qualification or certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, high-quality hardware and software support across Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Take ownership of technical issues from diagnosis to resolution.
• Support digital collaboration tools and meeting room technology across UK locations.
• Contribute to IT projects, rollouts and adoption of digital workplace tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and reduce recurring issues.
• Provide guidance and training for colleagues during meetings and events.
