Job summary

PZ Cussons plc in London is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to join our UK technology team. You’ll deliver responsive hardware and software support, keep colleagues productive, and troubleshoot across Windows devices, Microsoft 365 and workplace tools.

You’ll take ownership from diagnosis to resolution, help with digital workplace improvements, and collaborate with IT partners and stakeholders to ensure a secure, reliable technology experience across offices and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, ideally multi-site
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows devices, hardware and software
• Knowledge of IT service management principles (incident, request, change)
• Comfort with collaboration tools and meeting room tech
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, high-quality support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and workplace technology
• Own technical issues from diagnosis to resolution with minimal disruption
• Support technology across UK locations including meeting rooms, devices and infrastructure
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and rollouts
• Identify opportunities to improve services and reduce recurring issues
• Provide guidance and training for meetings and workplace activities
