Job summary

PPRO is expanding its Digital Workplace team in London, delivering frontline IT support to the London-based staff and collaborating with global hubs. You will own onboarding and asset lifecycle, secure access with Okta, and help drive productivity with AI tools.

You will resolve complex issues across macOS and Windows, collaborate with vendors, and build self-service knowledge for the organisation. This role is onsite in London.

Qualifications

• Equivalent practical IT support experience or a related degree.
• Experience resolving complex issues in dynamic environments.
• Must be able to work onsite in London 5 days a week.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows in enterprise environments.
• Familiar with Okta, Google Workspace, Intune, Jira, and Workspace ONE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to London team and collaborate on global initiatives
• Provide white-glove IT support to executives
• Administer access management via Okta and Terraform
• Manage macOS and Windows device lifecycle
• Introduce AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude)
• Own onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Optimize office network and AV hardware
• Create and refine knowledge base documentation
• Coordinate with vendor networks for hardware/software procurement
