Job summary

Zopa Bank Limited in London is seeking an IT Service Operations Engineer to deliver friendly, efficient IT support in a hybrid London office (4 days a week) with remote assistance.

You will own tickets, troubleshoot Windows and macOS, support Microsoft 365 and endpoint tools, manage stock, onboard new colleagues, and collaborate with IT, InfoSec and other squads to improve tooling and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT support in a corporate or service desk environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, able to adapt to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS, plus familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned practices and common tooling such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, in-person and remote IT support to London-based users.
• Own tickets from submission to resolution, meeting SLAs with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Support Office 365, Intune, Okta, Zoom and endpoint management tools.
• Perform proactive checks of meeting-room AV and workspace technology.
• Manage local IT stock and onboarding for new employees.
