Job summary

DoubleVerify is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the London office, providing on-site and remote IT support across the UK and broader EMEA. You will handle hardware/software issues, AV setup, and onboarding for new hires in a hybrid 3-day office model.

You’ll collaborate with the IT Manager, manage vendor relationships, and help drive automation and efficiency across IT operations. A strong focus on organization and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency troubleshooting macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with AV equipment and conference room setups.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and ITSM platforms.
• Experience using MDMs like Jamf and Workspace ONE for fleet management.
• Experience using Okta and basic office networking (Meraki).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other offices and across EMEA as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support in the London office, resolving tickets and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Support the UK/EMEA region with remote IT requests and additional support as needed.
• Manage AV equipment and conference rooms to ensure smooth meetings and events.
• Install local office equipment including workstations and network gear.
• Conduct IT onboarding and orientations for new hires across the UK and EMEA.
• Oversee shipping/receiving logistics for IT equipment during onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with IT team to improve processes and implement automation where possible.
• Assist in managing vendor relationships for equipment and services.
