Job summary

ElevenLabs in London is seeking a TechSupport Engineer for a hybrid role with 4 days on-site and one day working from home. You will support devices, office IT, AV systems and end-user IT, while onboarding new joiners and contributing to Tech Ops initiatives.

You will build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive tasks and maintain clear internal IT documentation. Prior startup experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• End-user facing IT support experience.
• Strong organizational and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with macOS, networking basics, and SaaS tooling.
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping.
• Office IT support for London colleagues.
• AV support for meeting rooms and equipment.
• End-user support: handle inbound requests and be the friendly first contact.
• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners.
• New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives.
• Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots.
• Documentation: write and maintain internal IT docs and guides.
