• Knowledge of scripting technologies such as PowerShell is beneficial.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role

• Be responsible for the completion of assigned works within allocated timeframes
• Undertake Project Tasks, supporting both internal and external Project Managers
• Undertake NSR tasks to agreed timescales
• Possess exceptional customer handling skills

Your skills and experience

• Subject matter expertise and experience in IDAC (Ivanti Device Application Control) and or Defend point - this is essential for the role
• SCCM experience including OS deployment, application deployment, faulting finding, monitoring and reporting desired
• Automation - Understanding of Scripting technologies such as PowerShell, VB Scripting, and batch Files is beneficial
• Security - knowledge of disk encryption using bit‑locker, NTFS permissions and shared folder security is useful
• Working Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (ServiceNow)
