A leading office technology company is seeking a Service Technician to provide first-line support at a customer site in Portsmouth. You will be responsible for clearing jams, performing basic repairs, monitoring device status, and maintaining inventory of consumables. This entry-level role requires a full driving license and willingness to learn. The position offers a dynamic work environment with an on-site electric van provided.
Role overview: Join our service delivery team supporting a single customer site. You’ll be the first person called when office devices (mainly print/MFDs) need help — clearing jams, doing first-line repairs, swapping common parts/consumables, and keeping the fleet running smoothly. You’ll also monitor devices via dashboards, move/relocate units on site, and escalate complex issues to field engineers when needed. An on-site electric van is provided for your work.
