Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support across a busy environment. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests and ensure users receive responsive, high-quality support.

You will work on incident tasks, maintain SLA performance, and assist with project work while collaborating with Level 3 teams to address major issues and to install and configure software and hardware.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11, including build, configuration and registry settings.
• Experience with LTSC Channels and KIOSK is desirable
• Working knowledge of ITSM software such as ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and requests, 2nd line support to SLA
• Coordinate with Level 3 teams for major issues
• Complete assigned work within allocated timeframes
• Undertake Project Tasks with internal and external Project Managers
• Undertake non-standard requests to agreed timescales
• Install & configure software and hardware
• Provide proactive communication with stakeholders
